Why Advanced Resuscitation Training Matters

Some emergencies require specialised resuscitation and oxygen equipment in addition to standard first aid and CPR. Knowing how to assess the casualty, manage the airway, provide oxygen therapy and respond to life-threatening bleeding can support the casualty until emergency services arrive.

HLTAID015 prepares participants to use this equipment safely, monitor the casualty’s condition, communicate with emergency services and complete the required incident documentation.
